Attention: Even though Buatong has three massage therapists available for our customers, we only offer appointments for individuals and for certain procedures through the online system. If you are planning a couples/partner massage or an appointment other than that offered here, please call:

If you do not have an account yet, you will not be able to see any free appointments, but you will instead be asked to log in. To do this, you must create a new account. Please fill in the requested data completely. Then you will be sent a PIN to your email address, with which you can log in to the app in the future to buy vouchers or make online appointments. You can change this PIN to your desired PIN immediately or at a later time by clicking on the red link “Set your own password.”
Once you have completed the registration, you will be able to make individual bookings on this device without a new registration (please call for couples/partner massages). If you want to make a booking on another device, you will have to log in again with the PIN. Please save your PIN for reuse.
After you have selected a service, click on the white “Book service” button at the bottom right (above the red “Services” field). Swipe left and right to see free appointments for the next three months. Select and click on one of the highlighted appointment times, confirm and make the booking. You can call up your booked appointments at any time on the start page of the app (last picture below right) and if you swipe left you may cancel an appointment yourself free of charge 24 hours in advance (in the case of a Monday appointment, please cancel at the latest on the Friday before) so that the appointment can be reassigned. All information can also be found in the app’s manual. Try out all the functions of the app!
You can book an individual appointment online at any time based on the available times shown in the app. However, for appointments for couples/partner massage, or for services paid through a gift voucher, appointments are only available by telephone at 0461 3185776!
Please do not book appointments for couples/partner massages or for massages that are to take place at the same time, because only one available appointment for the desired time is offered on the website, and it is possible that no appointment can be offered for the second person. So if you want an appointment for more than one person at the same time, please make an appointment by phone at 0461 3185776 !!!
Available appointments will be displayed based on the duration of treatment you have selected. For this purpose, the available appointments of all three employees are in a time pool (i.e. not the available appointments of a specific employee). By changing the duration of treatment, you may receive other appointment suggestions, as the software checks the corresponding availability of the various employees and then automatically assigns appointments.
If your desired appointment time is not displayed, please call us at 0461 3185776 so that we can find an individual time for you, as not all available appointment options may be displayed on our website.
The first time you wish to make an online booking with us, you must register and receive a password by e-mail, which you must use for the final booking process. Please save this password so that you can easily book online appointments with us in the future. Finally, you will receive an e-mail from us with a booking confirmation. This is necessary so that our appointment system is not blocked by fake bookings! Please be punctual and arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. We look forward to seeing you!
We kindly ask you to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.
