Vouchers are always a good idea! Make your loved ones happy with one of our massage vouchers and give them the gift of relaxation and health. To purchase a voucher according to the current price list, we offer you the following options:

Validity of vouchers

Important information – please read!

Our vouchers are valid for a maximum of 3 years in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code and the German Commercial Code (HGB), since civil law claims expire after three years (cf. §§ 195, 199 BGB) and thus voucher values must be booked out by the entrepreneur in accordance with general accounting regulations. The reason for this is that the tax office can tax the company on profits from the voucher only when it is redeemed by the customer or after the voucher has been devalued when the statute of limitations has expired. However, the limitation period does not begin until the end of the year in which the claim (purchase of the voucher) arose. Should the purchase price of our service increase from the beginning of the second year of limitation, the purchase price value deposited in the cash register will be credited when the voucher is used, so that an additional payment may be made after expiry of the one-year limitation period. The service named in the voucher can be exchanged for another service at any time in accordance with the current price list, extended with additional payment or credited pro rata according to the purchase price value. An appointment must be made in advance by telephone or in our practice. To do this, you must give us the voucher number shown above, otherwise it is not possible to make an appointment. The agreed appointment will be blocked accordingly for you, so that other customers cannot receive a massage during this time. Cancellations of set appointments lead to costs or loss of sales for us. However, postponements for good cause are possible free of charge by SMS to 01577 157 9933 or email to buatong-thaimassage@gmx.de up to 24 hours beforehand, or for appointments after a Sunday or public holiday on the previous working day until 10 am. In case of later cancellations, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the monetary value of the booked service.

Important note for fish spa treatments: To ensure that no substances dangerous to the fish contaminate the water, please use no lotions or creams on feet and legs up to the knee on the day before or the day of service! Nail polish must have been cured or removed at least 3 days in advance. When you come to us, please wear socks and closed shoes so that tannins from leather or street dirt do not get to your feet. There must be no open wounds, skin diseases or athlete’s foot!

Massage vouchers as benefits in kind

According to § 8 sec. 2 sentence 9 of the Income Tax Act and § 3 sec. 1 sentence 3 of the Social Security Remuneration Ordinance, the employer can offer each employee, in addition to salary, up to €44.00 per month “in-kind” compensation per month in the form of vouchers tax-free, regardless of what or by whom, without having to pay wage tax or social security contributions. In addition, up to €60.00 benefits in kind remain exempt from tax and social security contributions in accordance with § 1 (1) number 1 SVEV for personal events such as birthday, employee anniversary or the birth of a child.

Once you have opened the link, first click on “To the shop” and then on “All products,” select a voucher and place it in the shopping cart. Then go to the checkout. Then you will be sent a PIN to your email address, with which you can log in to the app in the future to buy vouchers or make online appointments. You can change this PIN to your desired PIN immediately or at a later time by clicking on the red link “Set your own password.” After completing the registration, when you log into the app again and open the shopping cart, you will be offered various payment options. Buy a gift voucher by bank transfer

You choose an appropriate voucher amount from our current price list and transfer the voucher price,

1. plus a processing fee of €3.00 if we send you the voucher by email for self-printing.
2. plus a processing fee of €3.00 as well as a shipping fee of €3.00 for postal registered mail, if you wish the voucher to be sent by post within the next 2 working days.

Please note that depending on which fee amount is received in addition to the voucher price on our bank account, the voucher will be automatically sent by e-mail or by post.
