IMPORTANT cancellation fees
Our customers receive a reminder SMS one day before the agreed massage appointment. Nevertheless, it happens again and again that customers do not show up on the fixed date without having to cancel beforehand. As a result, we can no longer fill the gap with a new customer and we suffer a corresponding loss of sales.
Therefore, the following cancellation fees apply in accordance with our general terms and conditions:
If you cancel before 24 hours, 0% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
No rejection, unexcused absence: 100% cancellation fee
